The Age Page

While there is no doubt that age plays a factor in declining fertility, my concern – from experience, is that there is a lot of emphasis put on age and its put in a way that is not supportive.

If we look at ‘belief’ and how that affects your body’s ability to function, then believing that age is an insurmountable problem simply adds to the myriad of factors affecting our body… beyond the simple biological facts.

I want you to know that your cells are constantly turning over and THIS is the key to keeping your physiology as young as possible. Not one of your cells is more than 1.5 years old. Every day millions of dead cells are shed and millions are regenerated, if you support this process with good nutrition, good thoughts, fresh water and some exercise then the new cells might just be a little better aka younger than the ones before. Which of course will help supercharge your fertility potential.
